Your order is processed within 1-2 business days. We have two shipping locations, one in Canada and another in the U.S.
What is your jewelry made of?
The materials of our jewelry are described in their respective product descriptions. You will find sterling silver, sterling silver rosegold, silver plated, cubic zirconium, Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls and abalone mother of pearl.
I live outside North America. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship to most countries. However, it is important to check with your local customs office for any possible import restrictions especially with pearl products. The purchaser is responsible for customs and duties imposed by their local government when receiving the products purchased through our website.
Do you offer Express Shipping if I need the item in a hurry?
Yes. We have agreements with most Express carriers such as UPS, Fedex and DHL. Email us in advance for a shipping quote.
In what currency are your prices listed?
