Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Item must be in returned free of any defects. You will be refunded the amount originally paid for the item minus the shipping fees. If an item is undeliverable due to wrong or incomplete address given upon purchase, an additional fee of $5 will be deducted from the price of the item paid.
All shipping charges relating to returns and/or corrections not due to The Wish Pearl error are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. Check with your local government for any import restrictions.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Update: October 2019: For destinations outside North America: The Wish Pearl will ship to the following countries using Asendia USA. Your package comes with full tracking and insurance:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway*, Russia, South Korea, Singapore, Spain, Sweden Switzerland, Thailand.
*Delivery confirmation may not be available for Norway.
We can also ship to the following countries with USPS. The package comes with tracking and insurance:
Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia South Africa, Turkey, USA and all its territories.
We ship to all addresses in Canada using Canada post.
We can also ship by FEDEX, UPS and DHL for faster service or to any other country not listed above. Please contact us prior to ordering for shipping quote and delivery times.
